  Easily the worst letting agent I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend their services to absolutely anyone. A years worth of rat infestation followed by a £1050 bill to apparently clean a 7 person house which we spent a week cleaning. Awful illiterate landlord and maintenance was almost non existent. If you're looking for accommodation next year I would avoid at all costs.
